Despite three Top 10 players who competed in Round 10 scoring no goals, there was plenty of movement amongst those who scored 2 or more goals:
Lance Franklin with 3 goals continued his march up the list and is now equal 14th with journeyman Barry Hall. Jack Riewoldt’s 2 goals moved him to equal 68th position with old time Collingwood champion Albert Pannam. Eddie Betts’ 5 goals (including one Betts’ classic) moved him past Gary Lyon, Russell Robertson and Travis Cloke into 81st position, whilst 5 goals from Josh Kennedy meant he passed Cliff Rankin and is now outright 91st.
Matthew Pavlich’s one goal was not enough to move him up the list, but he is now only one goal behind the legendary Bob Pratt who sits in 22nd position.
Congratulations also to GWS’s Josh Greene who scored his 50th goal in AFL football, and to Jamar (Essendon) and Hopper (GWS) who scored their first goals for their club.
Games wise, Corey Enright is now equal 37th with Marcus Ashcroft, Nick Riewoldt 48th outright, Shane Burgoyne now equal 56th with Shane Crawford, Drew Petrie now equal 59th with Michael O’Loughlin, Scott Thompson now equal 77th with Robert Murphy, and Sam Mitchell now equal 79th with Jack Titus and Keith Greig.
Nick Del Santo and Jimmy Bartel remained as they were, but one game closer to moving up the ladder further!
